Measure around the widest part of your head, approximately 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears. Use your head circumference to choose your size.

Fit tip: A properly fitted helmet should feel snug and secure. The cheek pads should sit firmly against your cheeks, and the helmet should not slide independently across your face when moved side to side.
