Refund policy

Returns

Regular-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Clearance, sale, and discontinued items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please request your return within the applicable window.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Signs of use, including stains, makeup, or perfume, or removed tags will disqualify an item from return.

Clearance, sale, and discontinued items

Clearance, sale, and discontinued items may be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they meet the eligibility requirements above.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Pink Line Moto offers an optional prepaid return shipping label for $9.95, which will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Send returns to:

Brevard Superbike
1600 S Harbor City Blvd
Melbourne, FL 32901
United States

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Processing and posting times vary by payment provider.

Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition for reasons unrelated to our error may qualify for only a partial refund, if applicable.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund has not arrived, check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as posting may take additional time. If you still have not received your refund, contact customerservice@pinklinemoto.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@pinklinemoto.com and send the item to the return address above.
